Deliveries
We have partnered with Royal Mail and DPD to offer various delivery options to suit your needs and the requirements for the medication transport conditions. On the day of your delivery, the courier may send you details of a delivery time window. We send all our medicines discreetly using plain packaging appropriate for the medication.
If during the attempted delivery the courier is unable to deliver, the courier shall leave an attempted delivery card. This card will provide information on either where you may collect your parcel or how you can schedule another delivery attempt.
Returns
As part of our company ethos we value all our customers safety and wellbeing, and assure you that all medicines received from us will be of the highest standards. However, once medicines have been dispatched from our pharmacy we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges as we are unable to guarantee the safety and efficacy of any medicines being returned. As a result we are unable to reuse any returned medicines. Should wish to dispose of any unwanted or unused medicines, we signpost you to take them to any local pharmacy where they will be disposed of in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
For any orders that you have placed that are due to be delivered by via our couriers, you may cancel your order at any time prior to the dispatch of your medicine. In order to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team by phone or email providing the details of your order along with the order number. Your cancellation request will be processed and a full refund shall be issued to your original payment method. You should allow 14 days for your refund to be received. Please note that we shall not accept responsibility to cancel or refund your order once your medicine has been dispatched.
We shall not accept any responsibility for failed delivery attempts due to the courier being unable to deliver your parcel as it is the recipient’s responsibility for someone to be available to accept delivery at the delivery address. In this event, we are unable to provide any refunds for missed deliveries. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Prescription-Only-Medicines
If you have been provided with the wrong prescription-only-medicines or upon receipt of delivery, the packaging is damaged or could have been tampered with, please let us know immediately and do not use them. We shall advise you in regards to the appropriate disposal and re-ordering. If you have paid for your POMs, you will be refunded any amounts due if the prescription-only-medicines are wrong, damaged or faulty. You are not otherwise entitled to cancel an order for a prescription-only-medicine and receive a refund if you simply change your mind.
Refunds
On receipt of your item, it shall be inspected and you will be notified that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund once we have inspected it.
If your return is approved, a refund shall be issued to your original payment method. You will receive the refund within 14 days.
Shipping
For any returns, the cost of shipping for returning your item shall be your responsibility. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the amount you receive will be the original amount minus the cost of postage irrespective of if you qualified for free shipping.
We are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. You must ensure that your items are securely packaged and obtain proof of postage.
